The road into digital marketing took me through Environmental Science, community work, and content, and into products people trust with things that really matter.

Six chapters

Foundation

I started by learning how systems fit together.

I studied Environmental Resource Management at Abia State University from 2016 to 2021. The work was about how people, resources, and processes depend on each other, and how a change in one part moves the whole.

That way of seeing still shapes how I run a project. I look at the whole picture first: who is involved, what they need, and what has to line up before anything can move.

Communications

I learned to communicate clearly, in public.

My career began in digital communications and community management. I built audiences, created content, and learned how to say things plainly enough that people would actually respond.

Working across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube taught me that clear communication is what keeps a project and its audience moving in the same direction.

What stayed with meClear communication is half of good coordination.

Community

I learned that people are what you coordinate.

Community work taught me how to keep people engaged, informed, and moving together. I grew a Discord community from about 150 to over 3,000 members in three months, and another from under 500 to 3,000 in a year.

Growing a community is really stakeholder coordination: listening, following up, and keeping everyone aligned around a shared goal.

Project management

At MySmartMedic, I moved into running projects.

At MySmartMedic I coordinated technology-driven projects end to end: planning, deployment, training, communications, and follow-up. We took telemedicine into primary healthcare facilities across the country.

It was rarely smooth. Timelines tightened, connectivity failed, and messages had to be rewritten. My job was to keep people, information, and activities aligned until the work was delivered.

What stayed with meWhen a project matters, coordination and follow-through are the work.

Across industries

I carried that across technology, fintech, and media.

The same skills traveled: brand and social work for the fintech Amaripay, and content and YouTube for a crypto and technology media brand.

Working across industries taught me to adapt quickly, read different audiences, and keep projects moving from idea to execution whatever the domain.

What stayed with meThe domain changes; good coordination and communication do not.

Today

Today I am a project and communications professional.

Those chapters meet in one practice: turning ideas into organized, actionable projects and keeping the people and communication around them aligned.

I am drawn to work that needs coordination, problem-solving, and execution, especially with teams that value innovation and measurable impact.
